  4. If prompted, enter the modem username and password. Use ‘admin’ for the username and ‘Belong’ for the password.

To connect to Wi-Fi using the DWA0122 modem, follow these steps:

  1. On your device, find and select your modem’s Wi-Fi network name (SSID).

  2. When prompted, enter the ‘Network Key’ (Wi-Fi password) as shown on the Wi-Fi card or sticker. Remember, passwords are case sensitive.

To connect to Wi-Fi using the Belong 4353 modem, follow these steps:

  1. On your device, find your modem’s Wi-Fi network name (SSID) on either 2.4GHz or 5GHz, then select the Wi-Fi network you wish to connect to. Note that the 5GHz network is only visible to compatible devices.

  2. When prompted, enter the ‘Network Key’ (Wi-Fi password) exactly as shown on the Wi-Fi password card or sticker. Again, passwords are case sensitive.

To connect to Wi-Fi using the Sagemcom 4315 modem, follow these steps:

  1. On your device, find and select your modem’s Wi-Fi network name (SSID).

  2. When prompted, enter the ‘Network Key’ (Wi-Fi password) exactly as shown on the Wi-Fi card or sticker. Remember, passwords are case sensitive.

Improving Your Wi-Fi Connection

Belong DWA0122 modem

To improve your Wi-Fi connection using the DWA0122 modem, follow these steps:

  1. Make sure you’re connected via Wi-Fi or Ethernet.

  2. Open an internet browser and type 10.0.0.138 into the address bar.

  3. When prompted for the modem authentication username and password, enter ‘admin’ for the username and ‘Belong’ for the password. Click ‘Sign in’.

  4. Select the ‘Advanced’ menu option in the top right-hand corner of your screen.

  5. Click on ‘Wi-Fi’ in the Advanced View.

  6. Under ‘Access Points 2.4GHz settings’, select ‘Wi-Fi Name/SSID’ and note the current channel.

  7. Under ‘Access Points 5GHz network’, select the ‘Wi-Fi Name/SSID’ (not the current channel).

  8. Select the ‘Wireless Data Analyser 2.4GHz’ to view all neighboring 2.4GHz networks and click ‘Accept’ when prompted.

  9. Select the ‘Wireless Data Analyser 5GHz’ to view all neighboring 5GHz networks and click ‘Accept’ when prompted.

  10. Under ‘Access Points 2.4GHz settings’, select ‘Wi-Fi Name/SSID’ and change the Channel field to one of the least overlapped channels from Step 6.

  11. Under ‘Access Points 5GHz settings’, select ‘Wi-Fi Name/SSID’ and change the Channel field to one of the least overlapped channels from Step 7.

Once you’ve made these changes, your device will temporarily disconnect from the network and automatically reconnect using the new network configuration settings.

Belong 4353 modem

To improve your Wi-Fi connection using the Belong 4353 modem, follow these steps:

  1. Make sure you’re connected via Wi-Fi or Ethernet, and the ‘Sync’ light is a solid green color.

  2. Open an internet browser and type 10.0.0.138 into the address bar.

  3. When prompted for the modem authentication username and password, enter ‘admin’ for the username and ‘Belong’ for the password. Click ‘Login’.

  4. From the top menu, select ‘Advanced’.

  5. Select the Wi-Fi network you want to optimize (2.4GHz or 5GHz).

  6. Select ‘Wireless Environment’ and then ‘Start Scan’ to identify any neighboring Wi-Fi networks causing interference.

  7. Identify the Wi-Fi channel with the least overlapping interference.

  8. Select ‘Basic’ and under ‘Channel Selection’, choose the channel with the least overlapping interference.

  9. Click the ‘Apply’ button to save your changes.

If there are no neighboring Wi-Fi networks, you may be able to improve your connection by selecting ‘Advanced’ and changing the ‘Bandwidth’ to 40MHz. However, if the quality of your connection worsens, revert back to 20MHz. Your device will temporarily disconnect from the network and automatically reconnect using the new network configuration settings.

Sagemcom 4315 modem

To improve your Wi-Fi connection using the Sagemcom 4315 modem, follow these steps:

  1. Make sure you’re connected via Wi-Fi or Ethernet, and the ‘DSL’ light is a solid green color.

  2. Open an internet browser and type 10.0.0.138 into the address bar.

  3. When prompted for the modem authentication username and password, enter ‘admin’ for the username and ‘Belong’ for the password. Click ‘Login’.

  4. From the left-hand menu, select ‘Wireless’.

  5. Tick the checkbox next to ‘Disable WMM Advertise’ and ‘Enable Wireless Multicast Forwarding (WMF)’.

  6. Change the ‘Channel Selection’ to a different channel, keeping in mind that channel performance may vary based on nearby wireless interference.

  7. Click ‘Save/Apply’ to save your changes.

If there are no neighboring Wi-Fi networks, you may be able to improve your connection by changing the ‘Bandwidth’ to 40MHz. However, if the quality of your connection worsens, revert back to 20MHz. Your device will temporarily disconnect from the network and automatically reconnect using the new network configuration settings.

Changing Your Modem Login Security Details

Belong DWA0122 modem

By default, the admin login password for the DWA0122 modem is ‘Belong’. If you want to change the modem’s admin password, follow these steps:

  1. On your device, open an internet browser and type 10.0.0.138 into the address bar.

  2. When prompted for the modem authentication username and password, enter ‘admin’ for the username and ‘Belong’ for the password. Click ‘Sign in’.

  3. From the home screen, select ‘User Settings’.

  4. Enter your new password into the password field and click ‘Save’.

Once you’ve changed your password, you’ll need to sign in again using the new details. If you forget the admin password, you can factory reset the modem to restore the original default settings.

Belong 4353 modem

By default, the admin login password for the Belong 4353 modem is ‘Belong’. If you want to change your modem’s admin password, follow these steps:

  1. On your device, open an internet browser and type 10.0.0.138 into the address bar.

  2. When prompted for the modem authentication username and password, enter ‘admin’ for the username and ‘Belong’ for the password. Click ‘Login’.

  3. From the main screen, select ‘User Settings’.

  4. Enter the old password (‘Belong’), then type your new password into the open fields.

  5. Click ‘Apply’.

To see who is connected to your Wi-Fi using the DWA0122 modem, follow these steps:

  1. Make sure you’re connected via Wi-Fi or Ethernet.

  2. Open an internet browser and type 10.0.0.138 into the address bar.

  3. When prompted for the modem authentication username and password, enter ‘admin’ for the username and ‘Belong’ for the password. Click ‘Login’.

  4. Next, select the ‘Advanced Menu’ option in the top right-hand corner of the dashboard.

  5. Click on ‘Devices’ to view the devices using your Wi-Fi.

  6. If you suspect unauthorized access, we recommend changing your password.

To see who is connected to your Wi-Fi using the Belong 4353 modem, follow these steps:

  5. If you see any devices you don’t recognize, we recommend changing your Wi-Fi password. You can do this by selecting ‘Wireless’, then ‘Security’ from the left-hand menu.
